A sister, 40 year old, is blind in one eye and has only 10–15% vision in the other. She lost her vision due to retinal detachment. The doctors have tried to keep the retina in place using a bubble.

Now the bubble has to be removed. It's an urgent surgery, and she has already developed an infection. The cost of the treatment is ₹60,000.

This is her only seeing eye, and it has to be saved to preserve whatever vision is left. She's also hard of hearing, abandoned by her husband, and the family has already spent over ₹10 lakhs on her father's hospitalization, leaving them with no funds for her treatment.
